Southern Peas and Hominy

This is my testing blog. I've never done one before and so am clumsy with it. Once I can get it to work I will delete it and go on with my Real Blog.

Celestial communication

Celeste's take on "The surprising purpose of mean, untrue statements". Celeste is one of my sister-colleagues in the practice of Dancemeditation. I love your writing, Celeste! It brings you close to me when I need you. So great to find these on your website. Celeste and I have spent several Dancemeditation retreats together.

Inversion

From Dunya's blog post of 2 July about Inversion. Serendipitously, the new girl from North Carolina who was at Contact Improv Tuesday before last told me she had been obsessed with being upside down for the past few years. And I've been working with inversions, too, lately, hoping to get some more space in my joints.

I LOVE Dunya's material for the bodymind!!! More on Dunya coming soon...
